PGBI President Engr. Dave B. Farala presents the final EDGE Certification to ASYA Designs for its project, A-Place located in Coral Way, Mall of Asia, Pasay City. Receiving the award on behalf of Ar. Albert S. Yu, Chairman, Cerwin ASYA Development Corporation are Engr. Larry Busquit, Senior Engineer and Ms. Sofia Puyat, Marketing Manager.
The certification cited the A-Place for its resource efficient design which resulted in reduction of 24 % in energy, 77% in water, and 30% materials’ embodied energy. EDGE is a measurable way for builders to optimize their designs that leads to more investment-worthy and marketable product.
