Camarines Sur Polytechnic College (CSPC) Proposed 3-Storey Academic Building in Nabua, Camarines Sur is going for GREEEN certification. The project currently has a pre-assessment rating of Molave, second-highest environmental rating level of GREEEN. The project features passive design system, insulated building envelope, rainwater harvesting system, and a photovoltaic (PV) system for its own renewable energy source.
A meeting was held  last July 4, 2016 with Dr. Dulce Atian, President of CSPC (seated in the middle), Campus Architect Mary Ann Martinez with GREEEN Assessors Arch. Emelito Punsalan and Arch. Virgilio Montero for the pre-construction orientation on GREEEN practices.
