A final EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) certification was granted to Arthaland Century Pacific Tower by IFC thru the Local Certifier, Philippine Green Building Initiative. The assessment confirms resource efficient design resulting in reductions of 45% in energy, 64% in water and 34% in materials’ embodied energy.
Raising the bar further for sustainability and quality, Arthaland Century Pacific Tower received another award–the world’s first Edge Zero Carbon certification for the same building.
